1. Nature of Service & Disclaimers

• Novice Village LLC provides educational consulting. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice or visa filing services.

 

2. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions renew monthly. No refunds will be issued for the current month once we have commenced working on your feedback or once digital materials/reports have been sent. Service is considered active once work or delivery has begun.

 

3. Refund Policy & Calculations

• One-time Services: No full refunds once work has commenced (e.g., file review started).

• 1-on-1 Services: Refunds are calculated by deducting the "days of service provided," "hours spent," and "remaining project timeline."

• Consulting Meetings: Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable as preparation time has already been invested.

 

4. Film Festival Guarantee

• Requirements: Submission to ALL listed festivals. No awards/recognitions received.

• Verification: Must provide platform screenshots (e.g., FilmFreeway). We reserve 30 days to verify results with festivals before processing refunds.

 

5. Intellectual Property

• All materials are the property of Novice Village LLC. Plagiarism or unauthorized distribution is strictly prohibited.

 

6. Governing Law

• Governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA.
